Kay’s Clean Collective was born from a simple belief: even the smallest acts of service can reflect God's love. What started as a desire to help busy families, hardworking professionals, and those who simply needed an extra hand became a calling to serve our community with excellence.
We know that life gets busy, and laundry is often one more task on an already full schedule. Our mission is to give you back your time while providing clean, carefully folded laundry you can trust. Every order is handled with honesty, attention to detail, and genuine care—because we believe every customer deserves to be treated with kindness and respect.
Our faith is the foundation of everything we do. We strive to honor God through our work by serving others with integrity, compassion, and excellence. Whether it's one load or many, we pray that our service brings a little more peace and joy to your day.

Every step of the process is carefully curated for you. From pickup, to delivery, KCC has you covered.
Pickup
Don’t worry about getting dressed and loading up. Toss your clothes and all of your worries into a 13 gallon trash bag, tie the bag, and set it out in a safe spot. I’ll take care of the rest!
Reminder: No bodily fluids (blood, urine, feces), no bugs (bedbugs, lice, cockroaches, etc), no rips/tears, and no overstuffing. If the bag is starting to tear, you’ve overfilled.
Sorting and Safety
When your clothes make it to their next destination, they’ll be sorted and go through a quick safety check to make sure no bodily fluids or bugs make it into the wash. This step is to protect your clothes, my home, and the homes of other clients.
Wash
If you’ve opted for stain treatments, it’ll be time for a gentle hand scrub and then into the wash. Every load is washed in cold water with color catcher sheets and scented Tide laundry detergent. You can leave a note to opt for a Free and Clear detergent if scented detergents don’t love you as much as you love them, add on any upgrades, and choose to change your water temp during booking!
Time to Dry
Your clothes will be dried on medium heat with a scented dryer sheet. If you’re not much for the scented scene, you can opt out completely or your clothes can take a spin with our unscented wool dryer balls!
Folding
After your clothes are done drying, they’ll be neatly folded and sealed in a clear plastic bag. If you prefer to have items hung, send enough hangers for the items you need hung and I’ll get it taken care of! Hung clothes will also go into a protective clear bag to protect them during delivery.
Delivery
We’ve made it to the end of our journey! Your clothes will be left wherever they were picked up from in a protective clear bag. Put your clothes away and continue on with your day!
